Agreement
By booking services, using our website or customer communications, or allowing our team on site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Last Night Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing and related services at locations you designate within our stated service area, subject to scheduling and weather or safety conditions. Package names, descriptions, and estimated pricing are guides; final scope and price are confirmed before work begins where practicable.
Scheduling & access
You agree to provide safe access to the vehicle and a suitable work area (including power or water when discussed in advance). You are responsible for removing valuables and personal items. We may refuse or pause service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or could damage people, property, or equipment.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or limit future bookings. Specific cancellation windows may be communicated at booking.
Pricing & payment
Quotes and online estimates are not final until confirmed. Payment terms (including deposits, card charges, or invoices) are as stated at checkout or in writing. You authorize charges you approve for completed services or agreed deposits.
Vehicle condition & results
Results depend on vehicle condition, age, prior damage, and environmental factors. We use professional methods and products but cannot guarantee removal of all defects, stains, odors, or scratches. You agree we are not liable for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible after cleaning or correction attempts.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Night Detailing and its operators from claims arising from your breach of these terms, inaccurate information, or unsafe site conditions, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
